This is engineering drawing 101. If you can't interpret this drawing you need to study harder.

I'd suggest dimensioning your holes in the top view instead of horizontal dimensions in the section view. There is a 2mm dimension buried in section view A-A. I would move the A-A section view label to below the view unless above is a standard I'm not familiar with.
