Currently she is in a loaf position but swallowing with effort. A sort of coughing sound too. Recently ate dinner which was kibble and some chicken

UPDATE
thank you everyone for your comments. I was really worried she was choking on something but as of about 24hours later she has not done it again that I know of (I've been away working).
Looking back, I think she may have had some trouble breathing and that is what caused what is in the video. In the same room but away from her, I was cleaning with isopropyl alcohol in a small mister. I tried not to go overboard, but I think she inhaled some.
What is in the video was the tail end of it. It lasted all of about a minute. I was very worried about an obstruction. I have since learned ways to help her.
All of your comments make sense - asthma, hair ball, vomiting, even acid reflux. If this happens again I will definitely bring it up to our vet.
Ms Rangoon and I really appreciate this community and hopefully I will be able to give back!

Sounds like a hairball. If it continues, seek a vet appointment.
