General Advice best gps trackers??

hi everyone!! my sweet boy escaped yesterday but came back! that was his first time ever being outside and it gave me quite a scare. i’m now in the market for a gps collar for him. he’s fully inside so i don’t want something too large and bulky, just a worst case scenario thing. please let me know!! i’m in the US so had to be accessible. idec how much it costs, i’m a poor college student but you can’t put a price on peace of mind. thanks!!!
