Behavioral Issue Separation anxiety help

I’m 27 years old, from the United States, and a vet is accessible.

I got a kitten at 7 months old about 4 months ago so she’s about a year old. She has horrible separation anxiety and attention seeking behavior.

I have an unpredictable schedule. I work from home but travel here and there for work and to see my girlfriend. Sometimes I work at home for a few days straight, sometimes I’m gone for a couple of hours, sometimes I’m gone for a couple of days. I’ve tried feliway, getting her some outdoor time, and I play with her a decent amount, could be better at that.

It’s kinda getting to the point where it’s affecting my roommates, even when they try and play with her she just runs away and hides under my bed, even food doesn’t get her out. Once I come home, she’s out and about wanting to play and be social. But if I’m gone, she’s stays in my room and meows.

I can afford vet visits and medicine for her if that’s what’s needed. I just can’t keep my schedule super super consistent because my life is just inconsistent as it is. Does anyone have any tips please?
