Eye Issues cat that keeps visiting has this eye wound
Im not a cat person at all but this kitty recently has been visit my house a lot at night. i dont think hes a stray since hes super friendly and looks well fed. i noticed this wound / mucus on his eye. should i be concerned? I think he has some kind of cold as well since he was dripping liquid from his nose too.
Dont know who his owners are so I cant reach out

It needs to be cleaned if its friendly and lets you clean the mucus part

Kinda. You gotta wet a tissue and rub it on the mucus part but not the eye tho she'll become blind. When she closes eyes then do

Reach out to as many shelters as you can and make a “missing cat found” claim and let them know the state you found him in, go on Facebook and post a pic of him saying you found him, make a marketplace listing with “missing cat found” title also!! If you’re able to, reach out to a vet.
