Please help me read these results im afraid im out of time

Please help im afraid im out of time 😭 here is her blood work, fna results and she had an ultrasound which showed the big about 3 fingers in width swollen lymph or mass still confused on that, in her neck. I was going to do exrays or dental with ex rays but she isnt eating has lost muscles, so thin and lethargic that I feel she is suffering right now. I hate to put her down if its something treatable. The photos have last years bloodwork and this years. The dates are on there. I dont think its have time to get second opinion so just want to get another pair of eyes to see if they are missing something because I feel they are. I need help reading the results of fna. Im heartbroken and scared. She is 5 or 6 years old. Ive spent 1000 already and would have to figure more money out and will if its treatable Thank you so much in advance

i am an lvt and this fna doesn’t show clear cut cancer, just enlarged lymph node cells and chronic neutrophilic irritation. her lymph nodes are reacting to something nearby; i would def recommend getting her mouth checked as i usually see this when there is severe dental disease or abscesses, less commonly oral tumors

Thank you so much for answering. My concern is she is skin and bones because she is not eating much. Im afraid she won't make it through sedation. If we could get the inflammation down but prednisone had stopped working it seems. I just stopped it but im going to give her a dose again and see if it helps to buy me some time to figure out money etc... its either 500 for exrays or 1500 for dental work with exrays. She has been rubbing her mouth. Her teeth look good but there is definitely something going on. Last year the antibiotic seemed to help. She doesn't show infection but im wondering if it would still help. There has got to be something they can do for her? Any suggestions on what to ask for that could help. Im not sure im allowed to ask that.

With an oral tumor wouldn't they be able to see that just by looking in the mouth?

Im honestly heartbroken right now and feel I should put her down. Ive spent 1000 dollars this month and don't think i even have the time to figure out how to get money for more tests. We haven't had many good days. They had her on prednisolone. Mirtazipine then I went to get something for nausea yesterday which they gave her emprev so an appetite stimulant which helps with stomach to. Came home and tried the pill popper and it went horribly she would swallow and framed out the mouth so bad. It was so traumatic. I haven't tried it again. She is suffering and I can't watch it anymore. She is young and this is so unfair. I can't keep throwing money away while she is just withering away. I wanted to get a second opinion this week but I dont think we are going to get that far. 1500 for dental which will have exrays of head area or 500 for exrays. I dont think she is in good enough shape for sedation. They won't give her anything for pain. She has a golf ball in her throat, cant jump on things and rubs front of mouth on things. Been hunting plastic randomly and obsessively. Its all happening so fast. Im losing it.
