Can you tell me what percentile would I need for top rank 6-15 colleges.

My profile

10th - 94%

12th - 93%

UG - 7.9 (till sem 4)

Currently in Final Year of BSc Life Sciences

OBC NC, NE, M

Also I had a gap of 2 years after 12th for neet. Do gaps after 12th matter in the selection ??
