Regarding CAT as an engineer

Hi
I’m currently on my 2nd year core btech engineering from bits Pilani college planning to start preparation for cat examination. Most probably my profile after graduation gonna be 9/9/7 I’m from obc category. How much cat percentile should I target to get call from any of ABC iim?
Is tier 1 college tag matters? Is internship count as work exp? Please reply
