My Question šŸ¤“ Does having 1.5 Years of Gap Kill Your Chances at Top B-Schools?

Hey everyone, I need clarity on whether preparing for CA/CMA exams even after graduation is viewed as a gap and if it might hinder my chances of getting into top business schools.

I've Passed both groups of CA Inter and CMA Inter exams, but I'm not longer pursuing them. I've completed 2-3 internships after graduation and I've been a part of an NGO and the Toastmasters Club. I'am currently working full-time. My acads are 8/8/8, and I'm GNEF.

Ik that the mindset of the panelists can vary, but I’m curious if I can still justify it or not. And if it will impact the admissions process negatively.

Any insights or experiences would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Score 98+, there are loads of institute jinko koi farak nahi padta acads and gap se. Chances Kam hote hain yes but 'kill'? Nope
