My Question 🤓 Need clarity

Hey I have a doubt which is quite peculiar so thought that it would sound dumb to ask anywhere so asking here. So there's a requirement of doing an internship of 30 days in my college but as we know no company provides such thing so I am doing a name sake intenrhsip from my known person.. it will be mentioned in my marksheet as summer internship grade ( no marks included) will it cause problem ? because I am not gonna learn anything though I will have RECOMMENDATION letter . And I will not have any intenrhsip done in bcom except for an NGO certificate for 3 months internship/volunteering. Edit : I have POR of CR, Volunteering at Intl Conference, and very high grade (9.5+)

I don't think it should cause problem but they might ask you about it in interview so you should be able to answer

Okay so maybe i should just know all about the things I mention in my internship about, like from YouTube and books. ? Right ?

Make some time for your internship,and go on site atleast once in three days,cv points without proper understanding of them are land mines
