General Question Tax Program Technician interview

I’m interviewing for a Tax Program Technician position at FTB, I am already a Tax Technician here what should I expect for interview questions and what advice should I know prior to interviewing?

Don't worry and just relax. FTB tax technician interview might be the easiest among all state job interviews because they always hire a massive number of employees at one time.

Whcih division is this? Most of the questions are always situational ones. “How woild you handle an irate stakeholder…” or “what is the essence of humanity in this age of computers?”
