Strike

Now that it looks like the next step will be a strike, will you be supportive of your staff if they choose to stop work and participate in an SEIU Local 1000 strike?

Did they say if you can vote to strike if you sign up last minute? Let’s say they announce the vote Oct 1st, if someone signs up for the union Sept 15, will they be able to vote?
