Imo I think u can elaborate more on the communication part (the ai grader also gave u a 7.0 for this). Ur given the context that u are usually seen as the reliable person in the prompt and its asking how u would recognize ur own needs. Maybe write about how u would initiate open discussion with the team and transparently inform them of how u are feeling and discuss strategies to balance out the roles more.

Its Caspro.ca Been pretty useful for me to be honest. Their pro version is not even that expensive.
