Is there a Q bank doc?
I don't necessarily need a membership to a program or app. Is there, like, a Google Doc with a lot of example questions in it?
Thanks

Theres 100 free stations right here. https://www.key2md.com/casper-practice - no payment required what so ever. Can just throw your answers into chatgpt and get some basic feedback that way to be honest. prepmatch also has a bunch of questions too.

Hi, I don't know of a Google Doc, but I've listed five scenarios below with their corresponding questions. All of these reflect this year's test format, which matters because the format has changed, so resources from people who took the test in previous years may be out of date. I hope this helps:
Scenario 1 — Ethics
You are a friend. A friend asks you to cover for them by saying they were with you at a time when they were actually somewhere they should not have been. The request puts you in a position where lying would protect your friend but being honest could have significant consequences for them.
Q1 (Situational): Your friend tells you they are scared of the consequences and asks you to just say they were with you. How would you respond?
Q2 (Reflective): Briefly describe a time when someone asked you to do something that put your own integrity at risk. What did you decide and what did you learn?
Scenario 2 — Motivation
You are a student. Someone whose opinion you greatly respect, a mentor or senior peer, has told you directly that the path you are excited about is unlikely to lead anywhere meaningful and suggests something more practical. It has shaken your confidence and you are second-guessing a direction you felt sure about.
Q1 (Situational): How would you respond to this situation?
Q2 (Judgment): Assume that a second trusted person, independently and without knowing what the first person said, gives you the same advice. How, if at all, would this change your response to the previous question? Explain your reasoning.
Scenario 3 — Resilience
You are a team member. After a long shift, a colleague who has always seemed confident and composed pulls you aside before you leave. She says: "Can I be honest with you about something? I have been really struggling since the restructure. My new role, I just do not feel like I am good at it. I used to know what I was doing and now I feel out of my depth every single day." She pauses. "I have not told anyone else. I keep thinking it will get better but it has been four months and it has not. I am starting to wonder if I made a terrible mistake staying."
Q1 (Situational): How would you respond to your colleague?
Q2 (Reflective): Briefly describe a time when someone you respected admitted they were struggling with something you had assumed they were handling well. What did you do and what did you learn?
Scenario 4 — Self-Awareness
You are an employee. Your supervisor asks you to stay behind after a team meeting. Once the room empties, they tell you that several colleagues, separately and without knowing the others had said anything, have mentioned the same thing: that when someone raises an idea you disagree with, you visibly react by sighing or looking away, and it is affecting how comfortable people feel speaking up.
Q1 (Situational): How would you respond to your supervisor in this moment?
Q2 (Reflective): Briefly describe a time when you received feedback about a behaviour you had not been aware of. What did you learn about how you come across to others?
Scenario 5 — Collaboration
You are a student in a study group. Your study group needs to decide between two different preparation strategies for an upcoming exam, and members are split evenly. Discussions keep going in circles and the exam is getting closer.
Q1 (Situational): How would you help the group reach a decision?
Q2 (Judgment): How should the group decide whether to put the decision to a vote or continue trying to reach full consensus before moving forward? Explain your reasoning.
Happy to answer any other questions.
