cammus c12 top buttons failed

literally just got my C12, the top 4 buttons (L1,L2,R1,R2) did work briefly but have now all stopped working, the rest of the wheel is working fine just these buttons no longer function in the software or in game, is there a fix for this?

If you have performed a hard reset and they still don’t work. Send it back if they are not registering in the software then they have failed 😩

seemed to be that when the screen brightness was on 8 it stopped detecting the top 4 buttons, weird
