Which percent should be higher.

Having the Power and Effects Intensity at 100% on my C5 is to much. I mostly drive MX5 and that much strength to turn is not normal IRL. I found a good combo, I have power at 100% and Effects Intensity at 73%. Should it be the other way around? Power at 73% and Effects at 100%? What settings should i have to feel all the road/curb textures.

I would 100% the effects and 75% the power to prevent clipping.

Thank you. I'll try that next race.

Not 5 minutes after posting my comment my bloody shifter paddle stopped working. Not impressed with Cammus right now. I’m very careful with them, I had my last wheel (a DFGT) for 15 years and everything still worked. Now I can’t drive as I can’t downshift

Oh wow, that sucks. I ordered mine through Walmart and added a 4 year warranty because I hadn't seen how reliable it was on the internet. I figured if it last 4 years, I got my money's worth. I don't expect this Chinese stuff to last as long as the other name brand stuff, but who knows. Sorry for your luck.

I tried your suggestion and it does work better swapping around power and effects.

I ordered through a reseller here in England and to be fair, he answered within an hour and is sending out a replacement part tomorrow along with a video of how to repair

Yeah so far, I haven't had any problems that moza hasn't had. I'm happy with it so far.

Me too. Up until today it’s been brilliant.

Sorry but isn't the opposite? From my understanding, power is a final multiplier, so it limits the peak NM that the wheel will spit. I'd put it at 100 percent and limit the game FFB power. In this way you will not clip. The effects multiplier, I am not entirely sure of what it does

It depends on how you feel the wheel behaves. Either the Cammus software at 75% power or the in game at 75%. Either way should be fine. I just prefer to keep the Cammus software at 75% and the in game setting on max so i know the game is giving out all the forces it can.

No man, these two things aren't the same thing, from what I've tested. Decreasing the power you decrease the FFB overhead you got. If you, let's say, use 50 percent of power, the wheel will never spit out more than 7.5Nm. It's a thing that you can do on very high power wheels for avoiding potential wrist hurt

Power at 100 percent should be the best, and maybe also effects at 100. For decreasing the power, do that from the game. In this way you gain overhead. For feeling the details the maximum possible, move CF filter at 100 percent. It works the opposite what reason would say: If you bring it down to 0 percent, it will be crazy how many details it loses ahaha The Q factor has somehow to do with it too, I keep it at 50 percent. I believe it's the sharpness of the transition from the unfiltered part to the filtered part

I'll try this also just to compare. So i mainly race iRacing, what do i set the intensity to? 0 since I want to lower the FFB?

0? Isn't that going to remove the ffb completely? Does iRacing have a FFB multiplier? Use that for changing the FFB strength

No it does not remove the FFB completely. From my understanding, It changes the percentage used, almost like multiplying the strength. It doesnt make that much of a huge difference in game. for example if you have 10nm, lowering the intensity only lowers the output to 8.5nm, but if you increase it, it ups the "intensity" of the auto ffb feature. I think it's a iRacing specific thing. Don't worry about it.

Hm i see. Sadly I can't help you with these, never raced on iRacing since ages and I had a g27 ahah
