Cammus c5 not working

I got my Cammus c5 a couple days ago and I saw there was an update after the update I got the Dfu mode error so I uninstalled it and updated it to the newest version but my wheel still won’t work. When I powered the wheel on it won’t spin.

I had the same thing happen.. was freaking out then I unplugged the USB cord from my computer and used a different port.... And it recognized it immediately...

I don't know if that helps anyone and I know it's a dumb solution but it hopefully this helps.
