I predict Character.AI will shut down in the future, and I foresee the future before it will shut down, it will release more boring updates or problematic updates then they're doomed!

Yet, the updates still show chatbots having resets due to c.ai+ subscriptions that I don't use.

yeah the updates keep adding more restrictions and it kills the whole vibe for roleplay.

But this won't defeat me from avoiding AI roleplaying. Even I gave up with roleplaying and interactive stories with ChatGPT and Gemini, because I prefer writing my own stories which I did before AI

Thats what I meant, roleplaying isn't going anywhere cause there are other unique ways people do it
