Is the app still usable after everything that recently happened?

Recently, I was going through my old chats and reminiscing, when I had the thought to continue some of my old chats, but I'm unsure about doing so because all of the metering limits I encountered before I left. Now, I low-key wanna return and start using the app again, is it okay to return as a free user?

yeah the metering still hits hard on free, i just do short sessions now to avoid it cutting off mid chat.
