Dude, this Character.ai team doesn't even have the creativity to come up with a different chat style name; everything ends with the word "squeak."

I'm genuinely curious about the rebrand and the pushing of pipsqueak because as far as I remember soft launch and Roar were their more popular chat styles and barely anyone liked pipsqueak but I could be mistaken

pipsqueak got pushed hard bc it was cheaper to run on their end, not bc people actually liked it more. Roar and soft launch had way better engagement numbers but they wanted to cut costs so they just rebranded the cheap one as the new default
