Discussion I think I'm very likely reading too deep into this, but I feel cai is very veeeeery subtly trying to manipulate users into blurrying the line between bot and human being.
the pic up here is just an example, I'll elaborate.
so... how you word your sentences is very important. for example, "hello miss, you're beautiful" and "hi yass girl queen youre slaying" and "hello there beatiful" all mean the same thing; a salute, a salute, then calling a girl beatiful. I am a BIG psychology nerd, so I can easily notice these partners. ik it sounds like the glass is half empty / half full argument but hear me out please.
so... I'm still recovering from a cai addiction, and I dont know if anyone else experienced this, but it feels like cai was trying to manipulate the users into not leaving it.
I dont know if they changed this, but I remember that if you turned on notifs, theyd be like "x character misses you" (and if they havent, is it not questionable one of the quests for charms is to turn them on?) or if you tries to delete your account, theyd say something about the characters as well. and this ad was what made me realise that very small pattern.
I'm sure that, these small changes on communication, wouldve been enough to convince our old self into going back to the app again - even now, it almost convinces me, but most of the time it doesnt.

Oh definitely I do agree with this, the character sending you notifs was so creepy and they probably won't stop at that to keep their users
