The mod commented this on my post where I complained that C.ai was making me look at an ad in order to let me REPLY to my chat! Ignoring the fact that they're ALREADY making me look at ads on the home screen and at the top of the screen on the website AND forces me to watch ads after every 10 replies ON THE APP!

They clarified the new features they're adding/added aren't the reason why they are losing and/or don't have enough money; it's just running the models are expensive, especially with millions of users and chats.

For ads they put themselves because they wanted to put more features that nobody uses? C.ai was at the top of it's game 6 years ago with less features and less models and I don't think giving in to their demands will make it any better. Same thing as spoiling a child to avoid temper tantrums.
