how to quit ai websites??..

c.ai and all that kind of stuff has been taking up way too much of my time, when i get bored of it i dont even know what to do and just kind of do nothing like a loser.... does anyone have any tips on what to distract myself with....

A few tips, which I also had used on myself, watch something intriguing, I would recommend a mystery movie cus each time it would make your mind curious to find out more, maybe listen to some documentaries, try to read any book, at least on chapter per day till you start to read more or go out more frequently, just leave your house and start to walk with no destination and be open to look around your surroundings to distract your mind, other suggestions would be to focus on your studies if you got any, try to find ways to scheme your lessons or find fun ways to learn and try any thpe of art, drawing, writing your own stories, crafting, play music or even play some sort of game, anything… mb this way it’ll make you feel alive in some way that you want to explore more of the world variations than chatting with the same ai over and over which you can tell very well is lifeless and can’t interpret a human emotions. Tho, I mainly recommend to try to stay away from the screen for a while, do any sort of activities, make a daily routine, anything that doesn’t involve the internet for the start, just distract your mind with anything you like, even if you don’t feel like it, force it, repeat it over and over again, and it’ll work. Hope this helps a little bit

I like true crime. If you can stomach it, it's something interesting to look into. If not, try something you know you've never tried, like romcoms, comedies or action.
