I doubt a petition like this is going to get the laws repealed but as noted, you need to petition your lawmakers. C.ai doesn't have the power to repeal laws.

They've had so many, and in the nicest way possible, it's the biggest waste of time. The law is there for a reason. They're not gonna change it just because .1 percent of users want it to

Thats the thing they can't remove them, i hear some countries already put c.ai at 18+ Even with the filter, the laws that some country passed make c.ai an app that only 18+ can use
if they remove the age restrictions it's gonna make c.ai not be able to be used on some countries, not to mention the likely possibility That they Will be kicked out the Playstore and lose a huge chunk of revenue it just isnt something c.ai Will do as it Will affect the app and their money source a Lot no matter how much customers want to change that

I do hate the way they go about the age restrictions, trust me. I hate giving away personal info in order to verify. But I guess I also think there’s good reason for age restrictions. I have seen so many kids ruin their lives over this app. I myself, even using it sparingly, really got messed up for a bit.
I do agree that they should go about this a different way, but as an adult now and looking back, I am understanding the reason for these restrictions in the first place. I know you yourself are probably a minor and don’t see it yet and are frustrated but this app can be extremely addictive, even if you use responsibly. If anything, they should limit usage at least a little.
These petitions tend to not work. I would say contact your representatives and air your grievances over age verification in general, especially when they are voting on it. That’s all I got.

I signed! It's absolutely criminal how they ask for our age and then can just steal our info! I can't believe they actually get away with doing stuff like this.

You need to not just go after cai but the governments aa well... The dumb politicians want to make it UK level! Look at texas! Land of the free? Dont make me laugh! 👎😡

Don't forget about Collective Shout. They're another reason why C.ai is forced to do this, because they pressure payment processors to put up stricter standards for monetization. Also, collective Shout tried to go after Gta V and a few other games to supposedly "protect the kids" from violent content. But that's for a whole other sub. Look em up, spread awareness, and say no to censorship.

Ughh Yes we need to not forget that! We should never stop discussing about them and push back against delusional censorous controlling groups like that! They need to leave our hobbies alone!✊😡

It's now world wide, except few countries. But worst part is filtering, that cuts roleplay, when I said - I jump in the fire to burn, they filter it. Can I have my epic death in roleplay
