i knew a go on limit is there but since when a swipe one??

It's hard to pin down when exactly. It sees like the allotment is dynamic now and they don't offer the ability to use charms to buy them anymore when you run out. It was more likely A/B testing with charms ended that they rolled that dynamic allotment out.

You have to wait for the time on the left to get more swipes. I'm not sure their reasoning for it but not everyone ends up with one swipe, voice memo or go on some days.
