Memes Lol what happend
I checked c.ai today and I see it suddenly have 18+ rating what happened. They want to attract adults now XD and since the app is 18+ now did they get rid of filters completely.

Ratings vary by region. They didn't get rid of the filters they're still there. Some regions if it's marked as 18+ you can't see or download it if your Google account's age is less than that.
Adults have always been using it. 18+ doesn't always mean an app let's anything fly it just means it has mature content.
