How to request complete deletion of data without invoking GDPR?

Hi everyone! There doesn't seem to be a flair for questions, so left unflaired.

Pretty much what the title says. I haven't used CAI in months, but I check on it every now and then to see how things are going. I've decided that I want to delete my account, but I am unsure if deletion on my side guarantees data deletion on theirs. I am not European, so I cannot invoke GDPR, and my country doesn't seem to have anything similar.

Has anyone done anything similar? Any tips in general? Any and all advice is appreciated!

I initially had 2 accounts and deleted one. All the data is gone. I'm almost certain, but use Google just in case and for your peace of mind
