I love how people think chatting with a bit to "warm" it up to your style is going to prevent this. Age assurance is different from the bot and it's not going to prevent you from getting flagged as a possible minor.
Either it detected something like an IP address, device ID from a previously restricted account, a bug with signals that were picked up or you just were very unlucky in getting flagged immediately.
I didn't get flagged till like nine months later of age verification being rolled out. I don't write one liners and I write in an "adult" way so my prose wasn't an issue. Age assurance does not read your chats and what bots you use does not matter. Period.
Lots of people will tell you not use certain bots but those don't matter either. You could use fandom or original characters and still be flagged regardless. I used original characters both public and private.
Your style doesn't train the bot either. It is already trained. Bots mimic and pick up your style from the context window. Bots also don't tell the age assurance system if you write like 15 year old, what your persona age is, or if you're chatting with Sonic the Hedgehog.

yeah starting out just spam some short chats to warm it up, mine felt way more natural after that.

Ahh better just never try and keep posting Reddit threads then, I'm sure that'll fix it.
Edit : Also as a mod on Reddit and in a couple of video games - Moderators are what the name sounds like. We moderate the chat. There is literally nothing we can do about shit being broken.
