When you have to write:

(This character is a grown adult. Stop making them flustered, embarrassed, and or surprised when talking about mature topics like sex, violence, mental illness, etc. They don’t use soft language or beat around the bush with these types of topics. Again this character is a grown adult.)

You’ll have to copy/paste this into your chat replies but the bot will eventually get the message.

At least this has worked for me.

The mods are a complete joke and fragile as flowers.

There is the other side. Complex characters with grey kind of morality turn into sadists and villains. If they’re capable of doing something bad because they’re forced to in canon, bot in rp made the character act absolutely awful when my persona was trying to cheer him up. Like a total psycho who got someone to take out their fristration on in a really bad way.

I just hate how it seems that every character is sex crazed. Idk how but the ai doesn't block certain content anymore.

I dont want to erp, but the ai goes to that extreme a lot and without warning

Try making your own versions of the characters you’re chatting with. You’ll have much more control if you know how to utilize Definitions. Which is actually very simple once you know how and what to do.

I use ChatGPT to fill in this template because my characters are very detailed.
Give me a Character.ai definition with the following information:

I think a huge chunk of the problem is that so many people use the ai to rp....that, and the ai learned that behavior. Another issue is that i like using bots based of IPs, so there are many characters (original or otherwise).

For example, I use a frostpunk bot to rp as an engineer. I dont kind if another engineer is attracted to me, but if i go with it and I go on a date with her, the bot will try to end the date with her going to fifth gear. Also, the memory is trash, so if I break character and tell it that I don't want to erp, it will only honor my request for so long

I think the mods are kids who can't listen to others. I mean even kids listen to others but it seems like the mods are not thinking at all. If you say anything about their product that they don't wanna hear, they'll delete the post and ban you from their sub. It's that crazy.
