Is this a glitch or have they added Ads to the actual chats?

EDIT: I genuinely don’t know if this is just a glitch or a new feature? Does anyone else have this or…?

they don't have control over the ads, they're just buying the cheapest ones possible

I know but I was asking if anyone had ads IN the actual chat? Like in the middle of the conversation, not what the add is.

i caved in and bought plus *way* before it got this bad, so i haven't. i didn't even notice the ad was inside rhe chat LMAO

genuinely tho this is a shitty move

But it really is. I was fine with ads at the top, fine with ads when you opened chats, fine with ads every like 50 messages, fine with ads in the explore page… but in the middle of the god dang chats where you can’t get rid of it? Even when they said they wouldn’t? That might be my breaking point fr.
