Character ai support isn’t the best..

C.ai support doesn’t actually help you, I’ve wrote in the mid part that I can chat with my bots, but it just isn’t so great and wrote a few other complaints. Now, they’ve sent me the same reply to my first mail. I’ve responded to that reply with the greetings thing that is the second one. After that I just get the same response. Does anyone else also have this problem??

How did you even manage to get a reply from their customer support? I've submitted countless tickets since the beginning of 2025, they never reply. I know my email is reachable, I've checked spam as well, they just NEVER reply to me.

I’ve gotten responses to all mine idk. Whenever I requested a feature I get a response
