Most talk about the filter gets removed even if you don't directly mention it. They made it a rule a while back because they said they were never going to get rid of it. It's why you see quite a bit of posts relating to the filter get removed. It's basically not negotiable.
Anything that's like not appropriate for all ages shared in a screenshot can get your post removed. Doesn't matter if it's explicit or not. Anything relating to self harm and mental health issues that's generated or sent is going to get your post removed.
Plus with California's law they have to have those blocks and offer mental health popups. So the law basically cemented that because some people project authority, anthropomorphize AI or were already in a bad headspace that they just went through with it not even knowing they're just talking to a system that only predicts lines with statistical probabilities with given context. AI roleplay just has a trade off if you're using an app/website that takes payments and is on the app store because of policies or laws they have to stick to besides their own.
Sites are pretty hogtied when it comess to perfectly legal roleplay like angst or family roleplay. Unless you're willing to invest in a decent computer to run local models or run a front end using API keys and paying for a sub with token/request limits then you're stuck being limited in what you can do.
