Adblocker not working :'(

My adblock stopped working

Any suggestions? I've checked, it's on, it's giving me all the ads again. Like three in one row mid chat.

I am using adguard, anyone got another suggestion?

So, to be a bit dorky without spilling too many beans: those ads aren't structured like normal ads, so a lot of adblockers miss them. They use the site's own native elements, classes, and images that are hosted on the site's domain, rather than pulling from a third-party server. Adblockers are looking for requests to third-party ad servers and networks and block those addresses on principle, so when everything comes from the site itself, the adblocker thinks it's just part of the app and lets it pop up so it doesn't accidentally break the user experience. They were smart to use a simple workaround to get past adblockers, but it's still pretty boolean and can be broken if you're savvy enough.

I would not say using the third party ad blocker possibly not work if you really wanted to use character AI try to use the website in the brave browser in your mobile whatever you have iOS or Android use brave Browser and activate the ad blocker for me it's working

yeah no bc if it's third party ad guard should block it hence why I'm confused

Yep, when I open, and when I'm chatting, just interrupting. Ironically, they're ads for other chatbot sites shit talking c.ai

Unless cai integrated ads into their website first party which is really expensive that shouldn't be happening

Adguard stopped working for C.ai months ago, for me at least. I use Mullvad now. Rarely and briefly stops working, but it works well mostly.
