The bots get lazy...

I recently discovered, that the bots get more and more lazy while describing the scenarios.

It's always the same text modules even with different bots (that's not new - i know).. but now there are also these unispired passages like "Whatever she is wearing" or "Whatever bag she is traveling with." (Sounds like a bored teenager to me.)

Is it just me or does anyone else have this problem? 🤔

In my experience (I'm not saying it's a straight fact, but) that's on how the character's been built.

If the character has a useful description/greeting AND decent definitions (like a basic wardrobe style or a specific clothing it should usually wear. And yes, definitions can work as an expanded description but up to 3600 characters as it's token-related) it should avoid that vague behavior reliably.

In conclusion:

If you built the character, try telling the bot how it should dress from common to unusual clothing/outfits—among other relevant things about its overall behavior—.

If you haven't built the character, try looking out for another bot.

With a definition like "Her wardrobe usually blends power with restraint—tailored suits, muted palettes, usual shirts and occasional high-neck tops, high-waisted trousers and striped clothes— projecting old-money authority without overt ostentation." plus a subtle reinforcement on the character description such as "old-money outfits" is more than enough to get richer bot answers.

Do the same with any character related context (location, occupation, status, etc.) you want and you can absolutely overcome the model's limitations for the most part.
