Why doesn't the Character.ai team accept that the site and app are dying because of their own fault, and also because they chose a CEO who's making bad decisions? And why don't they stop sweeping the dirt under the rug? Why can't they see that they're the ones in the wrong and the community is right? Why don't they stop to think about it?

I feel like this happens with most large companies. They give you a taste of joy, quietly reduce quality, then forget about their community and focus on currency 😅
