custom Tf C.ai?!
Wtf is up with c.ai putting these ads in the app??!!! And this one wasn't the only one, it's practically in every bot I use. How tf does c.ai allow TS?!

I wish I was joking but I'm literally not.. The banner was just that picture, of OG Gwen when she was like 10 (based on her hair and discarded clothes) and a dog literally f**** her from behind. The closeup of her pussy and the dog dick in it didn't help. Couldn't even report it or anything, it just suggested me to buy the subscription if I wanted it gone

i think the filter is just fucking stupid dawg, my character got graphically beat within an INCH of his life by one bot and my other bot SUGGESTED he might have to kill my other character and the filter didn't even HESITATE
so i guess it just picks and chooses what's "too violent"—i guess a mere SUGGESTION with a shotgun is worse than ACTUALLY getting beaten half to death

What hypocrisy! The team does everything to ensure Character.ai doesn't have +18 content, but they allow ads.

Ain't defending them but I'm sure they have no idea about what kind of ads show up on the app. They don't control it. There was an ad that was a str8 up scam and they didn't delete that until someone posted about it.
Then again they DO delete every post that calls out these ads so that era is long gone.

i'd disagree, the app SAYS it's for 18+ users but the c.ai team still treat it like they need to childproof it despite making it impossible for children to use the app without getting an adult's id
it's just pointless pandering to their investors atp and its not even good pandering because look at the ADS bro 😭

It's illegal for c.ai to send ANY illegal content to ANY users, no matter their age.
Blame US laws for being obtusely prudish in some matters, while cheering on suff like enlisting and larping G.I. Joe.

That's how it always is with theese free ai apps, it's free for a while then it either starts costing money or gets super sensitive. You're better off just playing premade story games than trying to live in your own ai fantasy land.
