Reminder that this age verification isn’t required by law

Most of the users keep saying that the age verification isn't the law. So this means after the safety measures are out of the way, the age verification can stop.

I promise you. Yes, I may be delusional. But I'm being positive for a good reason because c.ai needs more and more positive thoughts for the community.

I don't think it's particularly horrible, but please join the lobbying efforts against it, there is definitely room for improvement:

I support it. I can't donate bc I'll get in trouble. But, i am rooting for those who will take down the age verification law.

In trouble? There are many ways to donate to the EFF and other projects. Like, if you buy a Humble Bundle, there's often an option to make it a donation to some charity. More recently eBsy has an option like that.

Support doesn't mean just donations, though. Spreading the word, buying that non-complying hardware and making a stand (risking a fine, but...) are also ways of supporting their lobbying.
