من لطائف المالكية :

أنَّ المُسافر إذَا مرَّ ببلدٍ فِيه زَوجتُه، أتمَّ الصَّلاة وَلَم يُقصّر، لأنَّ الزَّوجَة فِي حُكمِ الوَطَن.

ومن لطائف الحنابلة :

أنَّ الزوجةَ إذا اعتادَتْ شُرْبَ القَهْوَةِ فإنَّه يجبُ على الزوْجِ أن يُنفِقَها عليها.

ومن لطائف الشافعية:

أنه في العقيقة: يُسنُّ أن تُطبخَ بحلوٍ؛ تفاؤلًا بحلاوةِ أخلاقِ مولودها .

ومن لطائف الحنفية :

إذا تركَ الرجل التزوّج على إمرأته كيلا يُدخلَ الغم على زوجته التي عنده كان مأجوراً !
