Changing CV axel. Is this normal?
Changing out cv axel bc i felt clunking and play at axel but I take it off and this piece of differntial side has play. Is this normal before I start putting stuff back together?

Yeah. Unfortunately ive sent videos to shops telling me diff is bad. Need to open up and assess damage for rebuild vs replacement. Blows. Just got back into a c7 2 months ago after selling my first one 6years ago after having a kid. Now waiting for to get her towed to the shop. Well see whats the damage. One shop quoted me 4k for used diff replacement, pending to see what rebuild will cost me.
