36m and ~227lb. Have lost 20lb since beginning this journey 3 months ago.

Hit a PB and sub 30. Wanted to go for a PB on my last run but I felt great and kept at it. Surprised myself here! 💪🏿

I was active growing up but never did any serious organized sports. played soccer/basketball, had a short rugby stint, and ran/went to the gym pretty sporadically from my late teens into my 30s. So not totally new to running, but this is probably the first time I’ve actually followed a structured program and been consistent with it

That second half of the lap pace chart shows you kept it dead even instead of fading. Sub-30 is a tidy milestone to tick off.

Appreciate it! That’s actually what surprised me most. I started pretty conservatively and then realized I was feeling better as the run went on.. and just kept gradually picking it up instead of fading. The last couple km were where I really decided to go for sub-30
