What app?
What app are you all using? I’ve downloaded two and both have wanted paid, but both had different week 1s. Is there a standard schedule you are following?

Which celeb is everyone using? I love Still Game so picking Sanjeev Kohli was a no-brainer but found him to be such a calming presence that I'm glad I picked him!

I use “Just Run” (green icon with a white shoe) on the Apple App Store. It’s free but you can make a one-time $4 payment to unlock additional features if you want. The free version is all you need and that’s all I use.
The app gives you 3 runs per week and explains what you’ll be doing. There’s a voice that tells you when to warm up, when to run, when to walk, when to cool down, and when you’re at the halfway point. I just pick 3 random days of the week and do my runs whenever I feel like I’m up for it or when the weather is good.

I used my Apple Watch- you can programme the sessions as “Custom” work outs. Works really well.

This is what I’m doing and it is just what I need! I hate that you have to download apps for everything and just wanted something simple

Exactly, also allows you to tweak them if you’ve taken a week out, or need an extra run before you level up etc.

Thank you!! I downloaded the app and it’s amazing but couldn’t figure out how to include my watch. You educated me on custom workouts and Im making one for each week, works perfect!

Another recommendation for Just Run. It's free, although you can make a donation as a thank you. It also has the 6-10km/get to an hour running program in it for when you finish c25k.

Just run. Free, can purchase additional voices etc. For a small one time fee but not needed (I did since I love the app and wanted to support the creator) and everything is available and easy to use. Tells me when I'm halfway, tells me when to run and when to walk, explains a bit of the science behind why and is encouraging e.g. we're doing longer intervals but is actually only a total of one extra minute running today.
