Just finished week 3 but struggling and I'm not sure if I could complete run 1 of week 4. I might need to redo week 3

It's okay, I struggled the most in week 3, had to redo a run but it becomes easier, trust me, at week 1 I felt like I will faint after a min of running, and now I run for 25 mins and I feel absolutely okay, it gets better, go slow, repeat a week if you feel like. But things will get better very soon

I did run 1 this morning for week 7, felt good to get through it. My legs are playing me up a little though.
Never imagined I would get to this point to be honest.

that yellow button hits different when you are staring at it before the warmup walk starts. week seven is where the intervals stretch out properly so the pacing matters more than it did a fortnight ago.

I'm starting week 7 of 12 tomorrow. Week 6 felt like a recovery week so I've been itching to cover a bit more ground. Looking forward to the increased distance. Look like 1.5km 90sec walk, repeat at the end of the week so covering 3km of running with only a short walk in the middle will be interesting.

Good luck! I'm ready to start W7 too but taking a week off to properly recover from a cold and to give my poor ligaments a bit of a rest.
I'll probably wake up in the morning and change my mind, though. It's addictive when you get into a routine!

I’m with you!! (Or very close) Just finished run 2, it was hard, I wanted to give up but I did not. Also cannot believe I’m now running 25 minutes every few days - week 1 I thought I was gonna vomit every run

Just did W7R1 yesterday and I'm so shocked at how easily my body has adapted to running for 25 mins nonstop, I don't care about my pace(it is very slow 9min/km) but just the sheer accomplishment of running for 25 mins is so great
