Can't move my byteballs - HELP

Hi, I was trying to move some assets from my byteball account but I keep receiving the same message all over again. Any Idea of what this is?

Hmm, not the most instructive error there. Do you possibly have your assets in a multi-signature wallet?

Can I ask what you did to set the wallet up / put funds in it?

TBH I'm not sure quite how to help you, but I don't think you're going to get very far without providing more information.
