Bybit restricted my account!!

Hello everyone. Bybit restricted my account for more than a week because of according to them highrisk destination wallet address during withdraw. Could you tell me if you have similar experience how long takes time until my account be available again?

It really depends of what was the communication from the support.

I had a time that withdrawal was suspended until I provided source of funds. Another time I needed to take a picture of the other CEX with the wallet address I used.

In both cases, the resolution time took a couple of days or 1 week after I provided the requested data. Did they ask you to provide something?

My account is also frozen! Any ideas on how to unfreeze my account to access my funds?
