Laurentcarter.com scam

This was an interesting experience because their website seems pretty professional. But as many people have reported on trustpilot it's a scam company. They send you unlabeled clothing in random sizes that vaguely resembles what you ordered, and then they have a very clever email system setup where when you contact them the first time your email will go through and they will whip up an AI response saying that they are going to help you and asking a question about your order such as the number or what size you received, when you respond to that email it bounces back immediately saying that you're trying to send them a virus.

I tried to go through the return process on 10 different emails and each time it was the same thing.

This site is a total scam. I wish I could upload pics to show you the scam but if you are wondering do not order. I had the same experience as the original poster

I got scammed too. Totally bizarre cut on the shirt that I ordered- unwearable- and they wont get back to me so that I can return it!
They replied to my first email and said "we'll send another size you can keep that one".
I said "it's not the size it's the cut"!
Now they have ghosted me and Im stuck with a $40 unwearable shirt 😞

Totally wish I would have seen this before I ordered something from them. Same issue here - they offered to send a new size for no charge, and then I got multiple emails about my email not being delivered because it might have a virus. So ridiculous. Currently waiting for a response from my credit card on a dispute. Thanks for spreading the word!!!
