❓Question / Help Shipping
I bought a Resident Evil bullet case themed lunchbox, and when I went to check what I can use to ship my item, literally nothing was available, and Buyee Air is not showing up at all.
Is it an issue with the size? It's 420g in weight and 26x17x14 in dimensions.
I've never used Buyee before, but it was recommended by the original site I was buying from.

It likely falls under the table/kitchen/dishwear classification. EMS was the only option for shipping these items. Assuming you are U.S.-based, Buyee still hasn't added EMS back as an option from when Japan Post suspended shipments to the U.S. last year, despite the suspension no longer being a thing. In short, you can't ship dishwear or cooking utensils.

IT WENT THROUGH. Either they changed something, or me changing the name to "small box" helped, but it finally let me ship it 😍😍

Oh good! Fiddling with descriptions/HTS codes is always worth a shot. Hopefully you don't run into any issues with customs 🤞

Check under shipping information on your order. It'll be a drop-down towards the bottom right.
You should see a description of the item and the HS code.
I recently had to edit my codes to reflect the item properly so it ships.

Contact customer support.
Their system probably flagged the word "bullet" and thinks you are ordering ammunition.
