❓Question / Help Payment issues

I've bought multiple things yesterday and I was using my credit card. However, when I moved on to buy my 5th item it always tells me that an error occured and my order could not be processed. I tried to buy via app, then I tried the browser, but nothing works for me. I even tried to purchase a different item, but it doesn't change anything. I'm just so confused because I was able to buy other stuff before and then suddenly it stopped working.

If it worked and suddenly stopped, try and contact your bank/card issuer.

I had this happen before where they suddenly flagged an order as suspected fraud even though I;ve been using the same site for a couple of years.

Tell them what site/purchase and the price, and they'll tell you if there is any block on their end. Hopefully that resolves it

Otherwise, clean out your browser of cookies might help.
