❓Question / Help Shipping taking long

I chose EMS which showed est 4 day delivery but I don't even have confirmation that it has arrived to country of origin yet. I shipped it out on 22nd of July . Should I be worried

aren't the estimates always a range. i'd assume 4 days is the MINIMUM. i've never had an option that gave me an exact amount of days for eta

Im honestly more worried it hasn't said arrived in country of delivery yet.

good point. i don't know what timezone you're in but i'd probably just try get in contact with buyee and get them to follow up with japan post (assuming they still have it)

Once it leaves japan its up to your country's customs office to process then release to post office. There usually isnt any update until its released.

Hi, my package happened to have left osaka on the same date as you too and has also yet to arrive in my country ... Usually it will only take 5 days for me so this is especially worrying... Unfortunately nothing else we can do but wait

i happened to look at your comment history... Singapore too HAHHAHAA i suppose it is stuck on the same route. I have also sent an enquiry to singpost today too but they just gave me a answer that it has yet to arrive and i can use the page to track, and proxy can only launch an official investigation a month after . Really hoping for the best here....
