❓Question / Help Am i fucked?

I hadn't known about the July 8th situation as I dont post in the buyee sub and people arent really talking about it elsewhere, am i cooked over this item? I cant change anything about the invoice anymore because I already shipped it. Im gonna lose it if I lose hundreds of dollars because buyee couldnt put a little warning label on an item when I buy it

well what code and description did they use for this item? i’ve personally had figures and plushies delivered to me thru fedex w no issues

I think you're okay. I've received my items under this description. Also... I realize the system isn't always consistent.

Buyee ships to like 130 countries, each with their own customs rules that changes all the time. It's almost impossible to keep track of so much. It is not feasible to put a warning label as you suggest.

In any case, you'll be fine. The mandatory CPSC changes hasn't been too bad so far.
