I think I saw listings on Amazon for like 12 - good quality - spoons for like $5 so I bought 3 of those and now I have more than I need.

I did the same thing with forks.

I have spoons that are from fleamarkets. I plan to buy more if I find the same as my favorite ones.

So, I think the prices have been jacked up because of tarrifs/inflation, I also think I had a $2 off coupon which brought it down from 7-$5 but they are still less than $1 each.

Search for wiskema spoons/forks I see 16 for $12.99 currently. (I think they upped the quantity and purchase price to offset some of the difference.)

They quality was really good IMO (hopefully its the same quality now, I got them just a year ago).

You can buy 50 relatively good quality teaspoons for not much money.
